Kglowvia (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than those listed below, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be taken.

Consultation request information and inquiry response data: 1 year after the consultation purpose has been fulfilled (provided that where retention is required by applicable laws, such laws shall prevail)
The Site processes users’ personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1, and in principle, does not provide it to external parties (such as partner clinics) without the user’s consent.
※ If a user submits a consultation request, information such as name and contact details may be shared with the relevant partner clinic to facilitate the consultation process.
Users may at any time view or correct their registered personal information and may request deletion of personal information and suspension of processing. Related requests may be made via Kglowvia@gmail.com.
The Site will destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as upon expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose. Information in electronic file form will be deleted using technical methods that prevent the records from being restored.
